  Boat making is prominently work at Inle Lake. We interviewed a boat maker to understand more about this great occupation and bring many interesting facts for you. It is produced two types of boats, one is a big motorboat that can measure from 24ft to 60ft length and the other is a small canoe that can measure from 18ft and can as long as required. The most common canoe has 21ft length. Interesting fact: the 60ft length motorboats are used as cargo boats and the 45ft length ones are used for passenger transportation.  Teak wood is the main material to make a boat. It takes one week to make a canoe and one month to make a motorboat. A canoe cost around 450USD and a motorboat around 2.600USD How to make it?
